Jun. 1st, 2008 11:09 pmThe pool party yesterday turned out to be a great time.
David's baked beans were a hit, about a 1/2 cup remained of seven cans of beans and two pounds of bacon. I had about a cup left of my Peach cobbler when I cleaned out the Dutch oven.
No pics though. Stuck with trunks until the sun was lower then went to nothing. Didn't care to risk extending Friday's sunburn to my butt.
David did OK in spite of his lowered energy level, although he got started on his dialysis cycler much later than normal, keeping him hooked up way past the time he's normally up in the mornings.
Several other LJers were also in attendance. Got to meet Mike (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
cimarrondfw) and his partner Charlie. But missed Corey (use2bshy) due to his work schedule. Got to catch-up with Tommy (winbear), Michael (eggwards) and his partner, Chris (blatantsubtlety).
