The poll was gone by the time I got to the site, but I was fascinated by the reaction of people commenting on an article about the proposal to postpone one or more of the debates.
Given how close recent polls have been, I kind of figured reaction would be mixed.
Boy, was I wrong! Out of the 50 or so comments I read, 2 or 3 were from "ditto-heads" who just posted the usual childish insults aimed at Obama. But the overwhelming majority were from people who sounded furious or cynical or both, and the nearly universal reaction was that this was a cheap gimmick that makes McCain look very, very, very bad.
