I was focusing on the cane - to me it made him look even more like The Penguin than usual. *Quack!* All he needed was the top hat, and the illusion would have been complete.

I heard the Secret Service confiscated a 12-gauge shotgun he had hidden under the seat of his wheelchair - but that's a thoroughly unconfirmed rumor that I made up just now. That doesn't mean it's not true, though.
