I was really tempted to click almost everything. I've had some awesome grilled veggies on the grill: squash, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, peppers.
I made an awesome pineapple salsa on the grill last week: 1/2 pineapple in rings and onions sliced about like the pineapple and a jalapeno, split and seeded. Grill until you get nice char marks. Dice all ingredients together finely and add some chopped cilantro if you like.
Diabetics may need to remember that pineapple has an enormously high glycemic index.
And don't forget that a beef roast on a spit with slow, indirect heating and regular basting...is **WONDERFUL**. (I'd love to do one of those again sometime.....)
