furrbearHubby Dave and I just finished our first batch of hot sauce for the year. 18 pints. Needs to 'age' for about a month. before we know how it turned out.
This batch is red dotted - 1 lb jalapeños with all the seeds. Need to do green (no seeds) and yellow (50% seeds). Then maybe a 1/2 batch of purple.
