I went to Burguesa last night for dinner after it got "Best Belt-Busting Burger" in D Magazine. Belt-busting maybe, but I wouldn't call it best even for that. It had moments of greatness, but mostly it was just average to good. The avocado, refried beans and tostada didn't add much for me, but the spicy cream sauce was where the moments of greatness came from.
