Splish Splash! Oh Wait, It's a Pool Party

Took dessert to Sunday's Pool Party. When I uncovered the bowl, two guys almost simultaneously went "OMG! Is that arroz con leche?" Yep, rice pudding.

Then it turned out they were both doing Adkins LOL Oh well.

So, BooBoo has already made a very nice Greek salad for this Saturday's pool party. Now I need to think of something for my own contribution. Dessert? Cobbler?

At least dinner for tonight is already planned: Reuben Pannini Sandwiches, Mustard Potato Salad, Cole Slaw

Those Jiffy Mix/sweetened condensed milk/box o blueberries one hour bakes are easy to put together. More mix and brown sugar for crumble topping.
