Sister Sgrog oughtta do it.
Sister since UK nurses are "Sister".
Sgrog is an old saggy titted ewe or sow in gàidhlig.
Say it like it's an endearment and pray she's not up on gàidhlig.

McBain's Etymological Dictionary of the Gaelic Language - sgrog , sgrogag - anything shrivelled, a shrivelled old woman, old cow or ewe, sgrog, shrivel; from the Scottish scrog, a stunted bush, sgroggy, stunted, English scraggy, Danish skrog, Swed. skrokk, anything shrunken, Norse skrokkr.
