I Hate BullSh*t eBay Ads

Ran across a very interesting used Thinkpad 1300 ad on eBay. Its features were so astonishing I had to ask the seller about it:

Dear laptopenterprise,

VERY interesting specs for a 1300. Exactly which model is this (1171-xxx)?

Two PCMCIA slots? I've only seen them with one Type III slot - it's double height, but there's only one set of contacts. Hence, it's a single slot.

256MB RAM? With the base 64MB, I'd expect to see 320MB (64 + 256) or 192MB (64 + 128), never seen a 192MB SODIMM.

10/100 Ethernet AND 802.11g? I've only ever seen one or the other - there's only the one mini-PCI slot under the keyboard. I've never even seen a combo 10/100 + 802.11g mini-PCI card - who makes it?
