furrbear | (no subject)

Was downstairs putting together a dessert for a bear pool party later this afternoon. I grab the can of shortening to to grease the Dutch oven:

Dave: You know that spray-on no stick stuff works fine for me.

Me: I don't care for it. Besides, how else am I gonna get my hand in Crisco in this house?

Next, it's getting the one refrigerated supply:

Me: Hmmm, margarine or butter?

Dave: Honey, these are BEARS... Butter.

Me: Better use this extra half stick too.

Then for added enjoyment, I get back upstairs and there's an email on one of the PGP support lists using the name: Amanda Huggenkiss. LOVE IT!

First thought: Does she have a brother?

Second thought: Wonder if they're related to the Schnøggundshagg family?

Speedo color: Red, Blue, Black, none? Black would probably go nice with my red shoulders and pecs from the yard yesterday.
