It got to the point with me where I needed promethazine to keep from vomiting from the Byetta. Obviously taking something as severe as that to counter the Byetta isn't worth it to me, so they both went away. OTOH, doobie snax make the nausea go away too. That isn't practical in most cases either. I can't imagine the concept behind the long acting version of Byetta they are testing. Long acting misery? Great way to lose weight.
