Any pipe that can handle wastewater from a shower can handle semen - especially if the shower's running at the time which it presumably would be to cover the sounds of wanking. Even a truly ginormous load would be quickly diluted and flushed away.
If their dorm plumbing is that delicate, I hate to think what happens when the students get plenty of fiber in their diets....
I've seen this before & it always cracks me up... that said, it does, um, reek of a student parody of an official sign, rather than being an official sign (and not just because my students have hyphenation-related deficiencies). Kudos to them for being so witty!
