Addison is to Dallas as Arlington is to Fort Worth.

They won't change until the state enacts something.

Still, Dallas is the 23rd city in the state to do this.

It would be news to some of the Dallas City Council who today claimed that smokers would flee across the border to Addison. [livejournal.com profile] eggwards comment from earlier would suggest that Addison has no smoking ban.
