Is "Saddleback" a Sex Act?

From today's Savage Love (Dan Savage) column:

Dear Dan: Is "saddleback" a sex act? If not, can you define it as one? Or if it is, can you popularize it? Each time I hear about Rick Warren, I can't get past the name of his church.

All I can think of is one guy on all fours, another straddling the small of his back (like giving a kid a "horsey ride") and then the one astride jerks off all over the back of the other guy's head. ;)

Isn't saddlebacking when you bareback a guy while wearing a harness, spurs and a bridle? Sounds like fun to me!
