Er... you are still in Arlington, aren't you? Where the temperature is currently 43 degrees fahrenheit, and not <glancing at weather widget>, oh, FIVE degrees?
Or perhaps some of that electrically heated gear that bikers wear in inclement weather... though then you'd have to have 12V power ports near anyplace you spent a significant amount of time. ;)
