Oye! That was good chicken soup. The only thing it needed to be more kosher was an Empire Chicken.

Empire is a kosher brand from New York, usually poultry.

In Cleveland Heights, there is (or at least used to be, when I was last there in the late 90s), a place called Empire Chicken that did fast food chicken take-out. The food was good, an vaguely reminiscent of kosher KFC.
