BTW, they do not appear to be all that benign, some folks have reportedly had journals high-jacked after reciprocally friends bot accounts.

I have to wonder a bit about how the hijacking would occur. LJ's stuff is reasonably secure about XSS attacks - at least within the site. If you're clicking elsewhere...
