Give it a little more time - Rachel's whole show doesn't usually hit the RSS feed until a little after 8pm Pacific time, and I imagine they update the streaming clips around the same time as they post the download.
I didn't realize at first you were referring to Thursday night's show; in any case, the segment is part of the Ms. Information block (2:08 in), which is titled "From gas station to the Masters" on the MSNBC site.
Perhaps, but I doubt they'll be able to stop MSNBC's vodcast of today's Rachel Maddow Show - I get it via RSS feed, and each day's show is available for direct download as well. I usually get the feed a bit after 8pm Pacific time.
