2M4M.org: National Organization For Marriage Or Two Men For Marriage?

Remember the National Organization for Marriage (NOM)? They're the bigoted group behind an ad to convince you that "real" people are afraid that gays are taking over the world ... so "real," you can almost see their fear on the audition tapes.

But if you aren't yet convinced that the people from NOM are really, really stupid, check this out, via The Albany Project:

Now they are formally launching a campaign called "2 Million for Marriage" which they have so helpfully abbreviated for us as "2M4M". No, really. I swear to God.

What's even better is that they apparently didn't register the domains for their campaign before they announced it either. The URL 2M4M.org is, shall we say, less than sympathetic to NOM's cause.

You just can't make this stuff up.

So, who beat NOM to the punch on 2M4M? Two Men For Marriage, a site featuring the headline:

I don't have to understand, son.

You deserve the same rights your mother and I have.

Between the whole "teabagging" movement and now the "2M4M" fiasco, I'm beginning to wonder if some gay anarchist pranksters haven't infiltrated the highest levels of the Right Wing. Has anyone heard from the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence lately?
