Those are the Board of Directors of Amazon.com. May they suddenly find themselves very.... popular.

Call 800-201-7575  and let them know how you feel about this. I know some of you must have mastered the passive aggressive customer service complaint call by now.

Go here to sign the petition, or log in to your Amazon.com account and send an email via their support page.

ummmm-hmmmmm "The Computer" caught a homophobia bug.

As a Software Engineer, I'm always deeply suspicious of "The Computer made a mistake" excuses. I've seen a report of authors getting a self-congratulatory form letter from Amazon about this -- Does that sound like a software glitch? (Well, OK... In a way, it does.... someone's brain f**ked up.)

Yah, I agree completely... will be interesting to see what they say about it, cuz i'm sure they are getting tons of emails.

I signed the petition with some choice sidebar words that included the current fate of the NOM advert.

Here's my friend Boz' take on the issue:

He's also on FB (Martin Bosworth).
