Uh... no.

That was apparently accidental.

I would love to see every Mormon temple in California, every office of the Knights of Columbus in California and a few Catholic cathedrals burned to the ground - in particular, the one here in LA presided over by that jackass Cardinal Mahoney.

apparently electrical in origin, I did not, at least conciously, focus a burning ray on their building. It was, however, the fith anniversary of the legalization of gay marriage in Massachusetts.
The frightening aspect was seeing a great number of Mormons close up, totally impassive as they watched their church burn. Any other denomination seeing their house of worship burn would have produced weeping and wailing, or at least register serious emotion. The woman all appeared vacuous. The men were good-looking in a bland sort of way. Some, though, frankly looked like the results of serious inbreeding, with undershot chins, and seriously skewed eye placement.

"...that jackass Cardinal Mahoney."

I still get a chuckle from a comment I heard at a dinner in Laguna where Cathedral fund raising was being discussed, "The Cardinal and his wife, the Monsignor."

Ranks right up there with a certain Chicago monsignor who was referred to by a local priest as "The Widow Bernardin".

I know, hypocrisy in Roman Catholic church... Unthinkable!
