Woodstock: 40 Years Ago This Weekend

furrbearThis weekend marks the 40th anniversary of Woodstock, and we're celebrating with Hendrix's rendering of the US national anthem, The Star-Spangled Banner. I submit this as clear evidence that symbols of patriotism are safe, and often things of beauty in the hands of the counterculture.
