I got a better one.
deluser on Uglix on a former sysadmin at the hospital.
deluser worked by uid. Oooops, the guy had rooted his account because he was too lazy to su. Didn't catch that because ls match root on uid 0 first.
At least the backups were current and /, /usr/, and the app were seperate file systems.
