OK, DFW crowd (especially the kinkier types) two-bag IV pole - free to good home. Need to pickup in S Arlington.

Ah. I get it. Took me awhile.

It was from when Dave was doing hemodialysis at home. Already got rid of one, but this one is just taking up floor space in my garage office.

That part I understood. I was trying to envision a usage that was remotely kinky.

It most commonly involves 500ml or 1 liter bags of 0.5% saline. Sadly, dialysis uses 0.9%

Ooooooh. Shows you what little I know. I was thinking it would be usaed to hold two enema bags.

You could probably get away with using normal saline for most, if not all, of your kinkier purposes. The only reason to really use 0.45% instead of 0.9% would be if the salinity of your fluid was too high. And if you're not injecting it intravenously, shouldn't be too much harm.

However, 500+ mL is a lot to infuse non-intravenously...

You know that. I know that. I've seen photos of several guys swinging ~750ml around. How they walk I don't even know. I remember what epididymitis felt like and I have NO interest going back to that size sac, even temporarily.

Jeebus. I can't even begin to fathom the stretching that would occur with that much fluid in there.

This sounds like a good thing.

no real change, it just has too big of a footprint and needs to go. Hasn't been used in a couple years

If no one picks it up, you will likely find that a local charitable clinic or hospital would love to have it and would give you a receipt. I remember many times having to make do with a rigged set up because there were no poles to be found.

Also, they are fun to ride like a scooter in a tiled hallway.
