I've had pretty good luck with compiling stuff from source right out, and tracking down obscure bugs and gcc interactions, but when almost all of it is rolled into a slackbuild file what's not to love?

I see 13.37 has a package of libs just to make chrome work, lol. I rolled a package of just links I could install on 13.1 to make chrome work...
