Are there lots of changes? I haven't been following the progression of 13.37 all that closely...

kernel moves from 2.6.33.4 to 2.6.37.6. 2.6.38.4 available in testing/

Nothing radical that I can tell, but I tend to stay current on -current. Maybe 20-30 new packages. Grab the ChangeLog and take a look.

Seems to be more buzz on SlackBuilds.org. Also, I think the GnomeSlackBuild guys are targeting Gnome 3.0 for this release.

I have grown to love SlackBuilds.

It does save a metric shitload of work.

I've had pretty good luck with compiling stuff from source right out, and tracking down obscure bugs and gcc interactions, but when almost all of it is rolled into a slackbuild file what's not to love?

I see 13.37 has a package of libs just to make chrome work, lol. I rolled a package of just links I could install on 13.1 to make chrome work...

The upcoming version of chrome requires pam :-)
