Job Description
The job responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Analyze customer’s positive train control systems requirements.
Develop system test requirements, plans, test use cases, and test procedures.
Write and debug automated test scripts in Linux environment using custom scripting language.
Write and update manual test procedures.
Develop system test concepts for laboratory and field tests.
Assist in client's transition to new systems/technologies.
Complete software integration builds using Star Team.
Experience preparing system documentation, test plans, or test procedures.
Experience writing and debugging automated test scripts.
Experience working with customers on requirements, testing, and system documentation.
Experience with software integration builds.
Desired Experience: Experience with freight railroad or transit agency projects is a plus.
Desired Skills: Experience with any of these tools is a plus: bash (Bourne shell), Tcl, XML, Wireshark, Visio.

Competency in Wireshark is sort of assumed at the level of experience of most networking jobs. If you aren't competent in it, you're either going to become so very quickly or else you're going to crash and burn even more quickly.
